I'm buying EarPops as a gift. How do I know what size to order without measuring?

If you're not sure, buy a medium for a woman and large for a man. If they don't fit, you can return them within 30 days for an exchange or refund. For children, buy a small.

I measured my ear and it's on the border between a medium and a large. What size should I buy?

If you're between sizes, go up in size. It's better to wear one which is slightly too large than one which is too tight.

Will I be able to hear with them on?

Yes, your hearing is not affected. In fact, you can carry on normal conversations or even talk on the phone without removing your bandless ear muffs.

Are EarPops™ comfortable?

Most people think so. They are not elastic, so there is no constant pressure on your ear.

Are they warm?

EarPops are made of microfiber fleece, the same material used in fleece parkas, jackets and vests. They provide excellent insulation from the cold.

Can I wash them?

All of our fleece products are machine washable. We recommend washing them on the medium heat setting and drying on low. Bleach is not recommended.

Do they stay on?

Yes. Many people wear them while skiing. They actually fit completely over your ear, forming a pocket. They then "pop" shut (hence, the name). It takes some trying to get them to fall off.

Are EarPops™ easy to put on?

They come with a handy diagram. Make sure you press them onto your ears by pushing the rim using only your fingertips, not your palm. Allow yourself a couple minutes the first time, to make sure they are securely on. After that, it's a breeze, like riding a bicycle.

Buy 3 pair of EarPops™ and get your 4th pair free. We'll send you one free pair of EarPops™ for every three pair you order. Our normal shipping and handling of $1.85 per EarPop™ still applies.

What quantity discounts are available?

EarPops are offered with the following quantity discounts (per pair):
1 — 2: $7.95 + $1.85 S & H
3 — 19: $6.95 + $1.85 S & H
20 — 49: $6.10 + $1.85 S & H
50 — 99: $6.10 + FREE SHIPPING
100+: $5.95 + FREE SHIPPING

In addition to standard delivery (1st Class), priority and express mail are also available in the US:

Can EarPops be shipped internationally?

We ship anywhere in the world. International shipping rates are as follows:
Each pair: $3.50 (International 1st Class)

Global Priority, Global Express and other options may be available in your country. Prices are calculated by the United States Postal Service.

Returns

Can I return them?

We will exchange your EarPops™ or refund your money for up to 30 days after purchase if you are dissatisfied for any reason. They must be returned in the original package, unworn. We charge a $1.00 restocking fee for each pair of EarPops returned, or 15% for other products.

If the product is defective or we made a mistake on your order (if we sent you the wrong size or color), we will not charge you a restocking fee.

We waive the restocking fee for all exchanges — for whatever reason (isn't the color you expected, want to change the size or color). We can not refund shipping charges.

Send exchanges and returns to NuLife, P.O. Box 450, Lawrenceville, IL 62439, along with a note explaining the reason. If you want a refund and you paid by credit card, your card will be credited.
